This Privacy Policy explains what information Spectrum Robotics, LLC ("Spectrum Robotics," "we," "our," or "us") collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. What our forms collect

Spectrum Robotics collects the information you type into the forms on this website. The forms and the fields they collect are:

• Contact form: name, company, industry, number of locations, what you want to automate, preferred contact method, email and phone number
• Start With One form: name, email, company, industry and phone number
• Return on investment (ROI) estimator form: name, business email, company, and the industry, facility size, location count, labor cost and operating hours you entered
• Checkout and financing forms: name, email, phone, company, industry, deployment address, order details, and for financing applications, annual revenue range and time in business
• Credit application form: business, ownership, accounts payable, bank reference, trade reference and signature details you enter. The completed application is stored as a private file and shared only with the Spectrum Robotics team
• Newsletter signup: email address

We also collect basic technical and usage data when you browse, such as pages viewed, referring page, browser type and general location derived from your IP address.

Spectrum Robotics does not collect or store full payment card numbers or bank account numbers. Those go directly to our payment processor.

2. What happens to a form submission

When you submit a form, the submission is stored in our customer records system and a copy is emailed to the Spectrum Robotics team so that a member of our team can respond. We may also send you a confirmation email with next steps. We use the information to answer your question, prepare a recommendation, process an order, and keep a record of our communication with you.

3. Newsletter consent and how to unsubscribe

We send marketing email only to people who ask for it. If you sign up for our newsletter or tick a box asking to hear from us, you are giving consent to receive marketing email from Spectrum Robotics. You can withdraw that consent at any time. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also email info@spectrumrobotics.ai with the word unsubscribe and we will remove you. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop service messages about an order or a deployment you have with us.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep the site working, to remember your cart and preferences if you allow it, and, if you opt in, to measure how the site is used. You choose your categories in the cookie banner and can change them at any time from the cookie preferences link in the footer. Our Cookie Policy lists each category.

5. Third party services we use

We share information with service providers who help us run the business. The main ones are:

• Payment processor: Stripe processes card and bank payments and receives the payment and billing details needed to complete a transaction
• Analytics: web analytics tools, which may include Google Analytics or a similar service, run only if you opt in to analytics cookies
• Booking tool: our third party scheduling tool receives the name, email and meeting details you enter when you book a call
• Email and hosting providers: services that deliver our email and host this website and our records
• Financing partners: where you apply for financing, the application information you provide is shared with the third party lender who reviews it

These providers may only use the information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information to professional advisors, to law enforcement or regulators where the law requires it, and to another party in connection with a merger, sale or acquisition. Spectrum Robotics does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.

6. Data retention

We keep form submissions and contact records for as long as we have an active relationship with you and for up to seven years afterward, so that we can answer questions about past quotes, orders and service. Order, payment and tax records are kept for the period required by law. Analytics data is kept for up to 26 months. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression record so we do not email you again. When a retention period ends we delete the information or remove the details that identify you.

7. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over your personal information. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended.

• Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and why
• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
• Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Spectrum Robotics does not sell or share personal information
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use personal information for these purposes
• Withdraw consent to marketing at any time
• Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights

To make a request, email info@spectrumrobotics.ai with the word privacy in the subject line, or write to us at the address below. Tell us which right you want to exercise. We will verify your identity by matching the information in your request against our records and may ask for more detail. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by another 45 days if we tell you why. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

9. Children under 16

This website and our services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. If you believe a child under 16 has given us personal information, email info@spectrumrobotics.ai and we will delete it.

10. Third party links

Our website links to third party websites, including manufacturer product pages and our booking tool. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always posted here with the date it was last updated. Material changes will be posted on this page.
